"firefly.s01e04.shindig.dvdrip.xvid.avi" should have been  "firefly.s01e05.safe"

"firefly.s01e05.safe.dvdrip.xvid.avi" should have been "firefly.s01e06.our.mrs.reynolds"

"firefly.s01e06.our.mrs.reynolds.dvdrip.xvid.avi" should have been "firefly.s01e04.shindig"

Please note that although the eps are still not in broadcast order, they are in the correct order with respect to the series/story and as listed on the dvds.
